Ran an 89-respondent primary survey and built TAM/SAM/SOM market sizing for QlutchGrid’s Chennai pilot; shaped PRDs and roadmap priorities using RICE.

Shipped an LLM-powered search MVP (Google Photos case study) and a portfolio of AI agents — RAG with refusal guardrails, human-in-the-loop escalation, MCP-based voice-to-cart, and LLM eval harnesses.

Instrumented survey and user-testing pipelines; ran blind comparisons against existing products to validate MVP performance.

Delivery & Craft
Led a 6-7 person product and design intern team at QlutchGrid to ship a UX revamp, multi-garage booking, and a new Direct Pay feature.
